Squad Leader
A Squad Leader is a military position responsible for leading a small group of soldiers, typically consisting of 8 to 12 members. This role involves directing the squad during missions, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining discipline among team members. The Squad Leader is often the first line of leadership and plays a crucial role in training and mentoring soldiers.
In addition to tactical responsibilities, a Squad Leader must also manage logistics, such as equipment and supplies. They report to higher-ranking officers, like a Platoon Leader, and are essential for executing plans and achieving objectives in various operations, including combat and training exercises.
