Springboard Diving
Springboard Diving is a competitive aquatic sport where divers perform acrobatic maneuvers while jumping off a flexible board. The board is typically elevated 1 meter or 3 meters above the water, allowing divers to gain height and perform various twists and flips before entering the water.
Divers are judged based on their technique, execution, and the difficulty of their dives. Points are awarded for factors such as the diver's takeoff, form in the air, and entry into the water. Springboard Diving is featured in events like the Olympics and is popular in many countries around the world.
