Spring Training
Spring Training is a preseason period for Major League Baseball (MLB) teams, typically held in February and March. During this time, teams travel to warm-weather locations, primarily in Florida and Arizona, to prepare for the upcoming season. Players practice, play exhibition games, and compete for roster spots.
The main purpose of Spring Training is to help players improve their skills and build team chemistry. It also allows coaches to evaluate talent, including rookies and returning players. Fans often attend games to see their favorite teams and players before the regular season begins.
