Spiritual Exercises
Spiritual Exercises are a series of meditative practices developed by Saint Ignatius of Loyola in the 16th century. They aim to deepen one's relationship with God and enhance spiritual growth through prayer, reflection, and contemplation. These exercises often involve guided meditations on scripture and personal experiences.
Typically conducted over a period of 30 days, the exercises can also be adapted for shorter retreats. Participants engage in daily reflections and journaling to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering a greater understanding of their faith and personal spirituality.
