Spiritual Assembly
A Spiritual Assembly is a governing body within the Bahá'í Faith, responsible for making decisions and guiding the community. It consists of elected members who serve for one year, focusing on spiritual and administrative matters. The Assembly aims to promote unity, support community activities, and ensure the well-being of its members.
Each local community has its own Spiritual Assembly, while there are also national and international assemblies. These bodies operate without formal hierarchy, emphasizing collective decision-making and consultation. The role of the Spiritual Assembly is to foster a sense of belonging and encourage the spiritual growth of individuals within the Bahá'í community.
