Special Education Aides
Special Education Aides are trained professionals who assist teachers in supporting students with disabilities. Their primary role is to help create an inclusive learning environment by providing individualized attention and support to students who may need extra help with their studies or daily activities.
These aides work closely with special education teachers to implement lesson plans and adapt materials to meet the unique needs of each student. They may assist with tasks such as managing behavior, facilitating communication, and ensuring that students can participate fully in classroom activities.
