Spacetime Models
Spacetime models are frameworks used in physics to describe the four-dimensional continuum that combines the three dimensions of space with the dimension of time. These models help scientists understand how objects move and interact in the universe, particularly under the influence of gravity. The most well-known spacetime model is based on the theory of Albert Einstein's General Relativity, which illustrates how massive objects like planets and stars warp the fabric of spacetime.
In these models, events are represented as points in a four-dimensional coordinate system, where time is treated as a dimension similar to the three spatial dimensions.
