Space Telescope Science Institute
The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) is a research institute located in Baltimore, Maryland. It was established in 1981 to support the scientific community in using data from the Hubble Space Telescope. STScI plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, and analysis of astronomical observations.
In addition to its work with Hubble, STScI is also involved in the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) mission. The institute provides data management and analysis services, helping astronomers around the world access and interpret the vast amounts of data generated by these powerful space observatories.
