Sloths
Sloths are slow-moving mammals found primarily in the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. They are known for their unique adaptations, including long limbs and curved claws, which help them hang from tree branches. Sloths spend most of their lives in trees, where they eat leaves, fruits, and flowers.
There are two main types of sloths: two-toed sloths and three-toed sloths. These animals are famous for their leisurely lifestyle, often sleeping up to 20 hours a day. Their slow metabolism allows them to conserve energy, making them well-suited for their low-nutrient diet.
