Sleep Train Arena
Sleep Train Arena was a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Sacramento, California. Opened in 1988, it served as the home for the Sacramento Kings, the city's professional basketball team, until 2016. The arena hosted various events, including concerts, ice hockey games, and other sporting events.
The venue had a seating capacity of approximately 17,000 for basketball games and was known for its vibrant atmosphere. In 2016, the Kings moved to the new Golden 1 Center, and Sleep Train Arena was subsequently closed and demolished in 2019, marking the end of its nearly three-decade history.
