Silicon Knights
Silicon Knights was a Canadian video game development company founded in 1996 by Denis Dyack. The studio gained recognition for its work on titles like Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem and Too Human, which showcased innovative gameplay and storytelling techniques.
The company faced legal challenges in the early 2010s, particularly a lawsuit with Epic Games over the use of the Unreal Engine. This led to financial difficulties, and by 2014, Silicon Knights was effectively shut down, marking the end of its contributions to the gaming industry.
