Sigiriya Rock Fortress
Sigiriya Rock Fortress is an ancient rock fortress located in Sri Lanka. It rises about 200 meters above the surrounding landscape and features impressive frescoes, water gardens, and a unique architectural design. Built during the reign of King Kasyapa I in the 5th century, it served as a royal citadel and a Buddhist monastery.
