Shangani language
The Shangani language is a Bantu language primarily spoken by the Shangani people in parts of Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It is part of the larger Shona language group and shares similarities with other regional languages.
Shangani is considered a minority language, with a limited number of speakers. Efforts are being made to preserve and promote the language, as it plays a crucial role in the cultural identity of the Shangani community. Language preservation initiatives often include educational programs and cultural events to encourage its use among younger generations.
