Shakespears Sister
Shakespears Sister is a British pop duo formed in 1988, consisting of singer-songwriter Siobhan Fahey and musician Marcella Detroit. They gained fame with their hit single "Stay," which topped charts in several countries and showcased their unique blend of pop and rock influences.
The duo is known for their theatrical style and strong vocal harmonies. Their debut album, "Sacred Heart," was released in 1989, followed by "Hormonally Yours" in 1992, which included more successful singles. After a hiatus, they reunited in 2019, continuing to perform and release new music.
