Serpens Cauda
Serpens Cauda is a constellation in the northern sky, representing the tail of the serpent in the larger constellation Serpens. It is one of the few constellations that is split into two parts, with Serpens Caput representing the head. Serpens Cauda contains several notable stars and deep-sky objects, making it a point of interest for astronomers.
The constellation is best visible during the summer months in the northern hemisphere. It is located near the constellations Ophiuchus and Hercules, and its name translates to "the tail of the serpent" in Latin.
