Sennen Lighthouse
Sennen Lighthouse is located on the southwestern tip of England, near the village of Sennen Cove. Built in 1853, it stands 48 feet tall and is known for its striking white tower. The lighthouse was designed to guide ships safely through the treacherous waters of the English Channel.
The lighthouse operates with a powerful light that can be seen from up to 25 nautical miles away. It is an important navigational aid for vessels traveling along the rugged coastline of Cornwall. Today, Sennen Lighthouse is automated and remains a popular landmark for visitors exploring the area.
