Seagram
Seagram was a Canadian company known for its production of alcoholic beverages, particularly whiskey and vodka. Founded in 1857 by Joseph E. Seagram, the company grew to become one of the largest distillers in the world, with a diverse portfolio of brands.
In the late 20th century, Seagram expanded its business by acquiring various companies, including Universal Studios. However, in 2000, the company sold its beverage division to Diageo and Pernod Ricard, marking the end of its era as a major player in the spirits industry.
