Scouting in Asia
Scouting in Asia began in the early 20th century, inspired by the global Scouting movement founded by Robert Baden-Powell. Today, many countries in Asia have their own national Scout organizations, which promote values such as teamwork, leadership, and community service among youth.
The Asia-Pacific region is home to diverse Scouting programs, including Boy Scouts and Girl Guides. These organizations often engage in various activities, such as camping, environmental conservation, and cultural exchange, fostering a sense of unity and understanding among young people from different backgrounds.
