Saras
Saras are large, long-legged wading birds belonging to the family Gruidae. They are known for their striking appearance, featuring long necks, long legs, and large wingspans. These birds are typically found in wetlands, marshes, and grasslands, where they hunt for food such as fish, frogs, and insects.
There are several species of Saras, including the Sarus Crane, which is the tallest flying bird in the world. They are often recognized for their distinctive red head and neck, which contrasts with their mostly gray plumage. Saras are also known for their elaborate courtship dances and strong pair bonds.
