Santa Catalina de Siena
Santa Catalina de Siena was a 14th-century Italian mystic and a member of the Dominican Order. Born in 1347 in Siena, she is best known for her spiritual writings and her role in the Catholic Church. Catalina was canonized as a saint in 1461 and is one of the few women recognized as a Doctor of the Church.
