Sand Cat
The Sand Cat is a small wild cat native to the deserts of North Africa and parts of Asia. It has a distinctive sandy-colored coat that helps it blend into its arid environment. Sand Cats are well-adapted to desert life, with fur on the soles of their feet to protect them from hot sand and large ears that help dissipate heat.
These cats primarily hunt small rodents, birds, and insects, using their excellent hearing and keen eyesight. Unlike many other cats, Sand Cats are known to be active during the night, which helps them avoid the extreme daytime temperatures of their desert habitat.
