Samurai weapon
The primary weapon of the Samurai was the katana, a curved, single-edged sword known for its sharpness and strength. Crafted using a unique folding technique, the katana was designed for quick, precise strikes. Its length and balance made it effective in close combat, allowing the Samurai to wield it with great skill.
In addition to the katana, Samurai often carried a shorter sword called the wakizashi. This blade served as a backup weapon and symbolized the Samurai's status. Together, the katana and wakizashi formed the daisho, representing the duality of the Samurai's life and their commitment to honor and duty.
