Salesian Sisters
The Salesian Sisters, officially known as the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, are a religious congregation founded by Saint John Bosco in 1872. Their mission focuses on the education and welfare of young people, particularly girls, through a holistic approach that includes spiritual, moral, and academic development.
The congregation is inspired by the teachings of Saint Mary Mazzarello, co-founder of the order, who emphasized the importance of community and personal relationships in education. The Salesian Sisters operate schools, youth centers, and various social programs worldwide, promoting values of faith, service, and social justice.
