Saint-Exupéry
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry was a French writer and aviator, best known for his novella, The Little Prince. Born on June 29, 1900, he had a passion for flying, which influenced much of his literary work. His experiences as a pilot during the early days of aviation and in World War II shaped his perspectives on life, love, and human relationships.
In addition to The Little Prince, Saint-Exupéry wrote several other notable works, including Night Flight and Wind, Sand and Stars. His writing often reflects themes of adventure, solitude, and the search for meaning. Tragically, he disappeared during a reconnaissance mission in 1944, leaving behind a lasting literary legacy.
