Saint Crispinian
Saint Crispinian is a Christian martyr celebrated on October 25. He is often associated with his brother, Saint Crispinian, and both are known for their missionary work in Roman Gaul. They were skilled shoemakers who preached Christianity while working, gaining followers through their craft.
According to tradition, Crispinian and Crispinian were arrested for their faith during the reign of Emperor Diocletian. They were tortured and ultimately executed for refusing to renounce Christianity. Their legacy is honored in various Christian traditions, and they are considered the patron saints of shoemakers and leather workers.
