Saidar
Saidar is a term from the fantasy series "The Wheel of Time" by Robert Jordan. It refers to one of the two halves of the One Power, which is a source of magic in the series. Saidar is the female half, and it is accessed by women known as Aes Sedai.
When women channel Saidar, they experience a unique sensation of surrendering to the power, allowing it to flow through them. This contrasts with Saidin, the male half of the One Power, which is accessed by men. The distinction between Saidar and Saidin is central to the series' exploration of gender and power dynamics.
