SS President Wilson
The SS President Wilson was a passenger ship launched in 1921, named after the 28th President of the United States, Woodrow Wilson. It was part of the American President Lines and primarily served transpacific routes, connecting the United States with Asia.
During World War II, the ship was repurposed for military use and renamed the USS President Wilson. It played a role in transporting troops and supplies, contributing to the war effort. After the war, the ship returned to commercial service before being scrapped in 1958.
