SI Unit
The SI Unit, or International System of Units, is a standardized system used worldwide for measuring physical quantities. It provides a consistent framework for expressing measurements, ensuring clarity and uniformity in science, industry, and everyday life. The system includes seven base units, such as the meter for length and the kilogram for mass, from which other units can be derived.
Established in 1960, the SI Unit system is maintained by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM). It is essential for global communication in scientific research and technological development, allowing researchers and professionals to share and compare data accurately across different fields and countries.
