Royal Thai Navy
The Royal Thai Navy is the naval branch of the Royal Thai Armed Forces, responsible for protecting Thailand's maritime interests. Established in 1906, it operates a range of vessels, including frigates, submarines, and patrol boats, to ensure national security and support humanitarian missions.
In addition to defense, the Royal Thai Navy plays a role in regional cooperation and disaster relief efforts. It participates in joint exercises with other countries and engages in maritime security operations to combat piracy and illegal fishing, contributing to stability in the Southeast Asian region.
