Roy Disney
Roy Disney was an American businessman and film producer, best known for his role in the Walt Disney Company. Born on June 24, 1930, he was the nephew of Walt Disney, the company's co-founder. Roy played a significant role in the company's operations, particularly in the animation and theme park divisions.
In addition to his work at the Disney Company, Roy was a key figure in the creation of the Disney Channel and was instrumental in the development of various animated films. He was also an advocate for the preservation of his uncle's legacy and contributed to the company's growth and success until his passing on December 16, 2009.
