Robert Hass
Robert Hass is an American poet, essayist, and translator, born on March 1, 1941. He served as the United States Poet Laureate from 1995 to 1997 and is known for his contributions to contemporary poetry. His work often explores themes of nature, politics, and personal experience, blending lyrical beauty with deep insight.
Hass has published several acclaimed poetry collections, including Sun Under Wood and Human Wishes.
