Rob Niedermayer
Rob Niedermayer is a former professional ice hockey player from Canada. Born on December 28, 1973, in Cassiar, British Columbia, he played as a center and was known for his strong two-way game. Niedermayer was drafted 5th overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft and had a successful career spanning over 15 seasons in the NHL.
During his time in the league, Niedermayer played for several teams, including the Florida Panthers, Anaheim Ducks, and Buffalo Sabres. He won the Stanley Cup with the Ducks in 2007, contributing to their championship run. After retiring in 2010, he transitioned to coaching and player development.
