Ringling Museum
The Ringling Museum, officially known as the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, is located in Sarasota, Florida. It was established in 1927 by John Ringling, a co-founder of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. The museum features an extensive collection of European paintings, American art, and decorative arts, showcasing works from the Renaissance to the modern era.
In addition to the art museum, the complex includes the Ca' d'Zan, the Ringling's former mansion, and the Circus Museum, which highlights the history of the circus. The museum grounds also feature beautiful gardens and a stunning view of Sarasota Bay.
