Ringling Bros. Circus
The Ringling Bros. Circus was a famous traveling circus that entertained audiences with a variety of acts, including acrobats, clowns, and animal performances. Founded in 1884 by the Ringling Brothers, it became known for its grand spectacles and elaborate productions, showcasing talent from around the world.
In 1967, the circus merged with Barnum & Bailey Circus, creating a larger and more diverse show. The circus was a beloved American tradition for over a century, but it closed in 2017 due to declining ticket sales and concerns about animal welfare.
