Richfield Coliseum
Richfield Coliseum was an indoor arena located in Richfield, Ohio, that opened in 1974. It was primarily known as the home of the Cleveland Cavaliers, an NBA basketball team, until 1994. The coliseum had a seating capacity of around 18,000 for basketball games and hosted various events, including concerts and ice hockey.
The arena was notable for its unique design and acoustics, making it a popular venue for live performances. However, due to declining attendance and the need for modern facilities, it was closed in 1994 and subsequently demolished in 1999. Today, the site is home to a shopping center.
