Rhymes
Rhymes are words that have similar ending sounds, often used in poetry and songs to create a musical quality. For example, the words cat and hat rhyme because they both end with the same sound. Rhymes can enhance the rhythm of language and make it more enjoyable to read or listen to.
There are different types of rhymes, including perfect rhymes, where the sounds match exactly, and slant rhymes, where the sounds are similar but not identical. Rhymes can also be categorized by their placement in lines, such as end rhymes, which occur at the end of lines, and internal rhymes, which appear within a single line.
