Responders
Responders are individuals or teams who provide assistance during emergencies or critical situations. They are often the first to arrive at the scene and include professionals such as paramedics, firefighters, and police officers. Their primary role is to ensure safety, provide medical care, and manage the situation until further help arrives.
In addition to emergency responders, there are also community responders, such as volunteers and local organizations, who support recovery efforts. These responders may assist with logistics, provide food and shelter, or help with emotional support for those affected by crises. Their collective efforts are vital for effective emergency management.
