Relative Position
Relative position refers to the location of an object or point in relation to another object or point. It helps us understand where something is situated by comparing it to something else. For example, if we say that the book is on the table, we are describing its position relative to the table.
In navigation and geography, relative position is often used to describe how one place is situated concerning another. For instance, saying that City A is north of City B provides a clear understanding of their locations in relation to each other. This concept is essential in various fields, including mapping and spatial analysis.
