Regions of Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast, also known as Côte d'Ivoire, is divided into several regions, each with its unique characteristics. The country is organized into 14 administrative regions, including Abidjan, the economic capital, and Yamoussoukro, the political capital. These regions are further divided into districts and departments, facilitating local governance and administration.
The regions vary in geography, culture, and economy. For instance, the Lagunes region, where Abidjan is located, is known for its urban development and trade.
