Regions of Burkina Faso
Burkina Faso is divided into 13 regions, each with its own unique characteristics. The regions include Centre, Centre-Ouest, Centre-Est, Nord, Sahel, Est, Boucle du Mouhoun, Hauts-Bassins, Sud-Ouest, Sud-Est, ComoƩ, Zondoma, and Kompienga. The capital city, Ouagadougou, is located in the Centre region and serves as the political and economic hub of the country.
