Refugee Youth
Refugee youth are young individuals, typically under the age of 18, who have been forced to flee their home countries due to conflict, persecution, or violence. They often face significant challenges, including loss of family, disruption of education, and the need to adapt to new cultures and languages in host countries.
These young refugees may live in temporary shelters or refugee camps, where access to basic services like education and healthcare can be limited. Organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) work to support their needs and help them integrate into new communities.
