Race Point Light
Race Point Light is a historic lighthouse located at the northern tip of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Built in 1816, it was designed to guide ships safely through the treacherous waters of the Cape Cod Bay. The lighthouse stands 48 feet tall and features a distinctive white tower with a black lantern.
The light is still operational today, serving as an important navigational aid for mariners. Visitors can access the area around the lighthouse, which is part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, and enjoy scenic views of the coastline and surrounding natural beauty.
