Rabbi Nachman of Bratslav
Rabbi Nachman of Bratslav (1772-1810) was a prominent Hasidic leader and the founder of the Bratslav Hasidic movement. He was born in Medzhybizh, Ukraine, and was a great-grandson of Baal Shem Tov, the founder of Hasidism. Rabbi Nachman is known for his deep spiritual teachings, storytelling, and emphasis on joy and faith in God.
