Queen Sirikit
Queen Sirikit is the Queen Mother of Thailand, born on August 12, 1932. She became the queen consort of King Bhumibol Adulyadej in 1950 and played a significant role in promoting Thai culture and traditions.
Throughout her life, Queen Sirikit has been involved in various charitable activities, focusing on rural development and women's empowerment. She established the Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture to promote silk production and has been a strong advocate for the preservation of traditional Thai crafts.
