Queen Alexandrine
Queen Alexandrine was the queen consort of Denmark from 1912 until her death in 1952. Born on December 24, 1879, in Copenhagen, she was the daughter of King Christian IX of Denmark and Queen Louise. Alexandrine married Prince Christian, who later became King Christian X of Denmark.
As queen, Alexandrine was known for her charitable work and support of various social causes. She played a significant role in promoting Danish culture and was involved in numerous organizations, including the Danish Red Cross. Her legacy continues to be remembered in Denmark today.
