Puppis
Puppis is a constellation located in the southern sky. It is part of the larger constellation Argo Navis, which represents the ship of the Argonauts from Greek mythology. Puppis is known for its bright stars and is home to several notable deep-sky objects, including star clusters and nebulae.
The constellation is best visible during the months of January to April. Its name means "the deck" in Latin, reflecting its position as part of the ship's structure. Puppis contains the bright star Naos, which is one of its most prominent features.
