Project Phases
Project phases are distinct stages in the project management process that help organize and guide the work from start to finish. Typically, these phases include Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closure. Each phase has specific tasks and objectives that contribute to the overall success of the project.
During the Initiation phase, the project's feasibility and scope are defined. The Planning phase involves creating detailed plans, including timelines and resource allocation. In the Execution phase, the actual work is carried out, while the Monitoring and Controlling phase ensures that the project stays on track. Finally, the Closure phase wraps up the project, evaluating its success and documenting lessons learned.
