Progress Pride Flag
The Progress Pride Flag is an updated version of the traditional Pride Flag, which represents the LGBTQ+ community. Designed by artist Daniel Quasar in 2018, it incorporates additional colors and symbols to highlight marginalized groups within the community, including people of color and transgender individuals. The flag features a chevron with black, brown, light blue, pink, and white stripes, alongside the classic rainbow colors.
The flag's design aims to promote inclusivity and awareness of the ongoing struggles faced by various groups within the LGBTQ+ community. By adding these elements, the Progress Pride Flag serves as a reminder of the importance of intersectionality and the need for continued advocacy for all members of the community.
