Prison Fellowship
Prison Fellowship is a non-profit organization founded in 1976 by Chuck Colson, a former aide to President Nixon. Its mission is to support prisoners, former prisoners, and their families by promoting rehabilitation and restorative justice. The organization offers various programs, including mentoring, education, and spiritual guidance, aimed at helping individuals reintegrate into society.
In addition to direct support for inmates, Prison Fellowship advocates for criminal justice reform and works to raise awareness about the challenges faced by those in the prison system. The organization believes in the potential for transformation and the importance of second chances for individuals who have made mistakes.
