Print Job
A "Print Job" refers to a task sent to a printer that includes the data to be printed, such as documents, images, or graphics. When a user selects a file and chooses to print, the computer processes the information and sends it to the printer, creating a queue of print jobs if multiple tasks are submitted.
Each print job contains specific settings, such as the number of copies, paper size, and print quality. The printer processes these jobs in the order they are received, ensuring that each task is completed accurately before moving on to the next one in the queue.
